Genesys is the global leader in AI-Powered Experience Orchestration–building the software that powers customer experience and contact center solutions for clients all over the world. When they first reached out to us a few years ago, they had a desire to raise the awareness of their products beyond just B-to-B with a broadcast campaign of multiple :30 spots that underscored their brand promise to consumers.

Leveraging our creative network, we brought on board A-list creative talent and crafted an ad campaign that was strategically aligned for both broadcast and digital platforms. We developed original conceptual directions aligned with their brand strategy, crafted memorable scripts for spots ranging from holiday warmth, to choreographed dance, to deadpan comedy. Our content was viewed millions of times across various channels, gathering press along the way. Our multiple campaigns ultimately helped shape the voice and identity of Genesys.

Genesys has been a sponsor of the iconic Ferrari Formula 1 team for a few years, and are now the newest sponsor of the Laver Cup tennis tournament. They asked us to pitch creative for both campaigns, and we were thrilled to be awarded the campaign.

To translate Genesys’s brand’s theme—“The Next Level of Experience”—into four cinematic broadcast campaigns featuring icons like Lewis Hamilton, Charles Leclerc, Andre Agassi and Ben Shelton, we pitched going intimate, stripped down. Let the viewer connect with these athletes eye-to-eye and feel their supernatural drive inside to always reach the next level.

To do that, we used slow, deliberate, eye-level camera pushes of each athlete, while a sparse soundscape allows their words to carry the momentum. The visual question—“What’s next?”—becomes the heartbeat of the spots, mirroring the relentless curiosity that fuels both world-class sport and Genesys technology.

The work ultimately feels intimate and powerful at the same time. The spots garnered millions of views across broadcast and digital platforms, and showcase ONLYCH1LD’s ability to cut through the noise and connect on a deeply human level.

We tapped the energy, empathy and excitement of Genesys’ brand to excite top recruits.
